This was another first for us this year. We've been meaning to go to Loon Lake with Cindy. We almost went, but we had problems with the timing, renting kayaks, racks, etc. We didn't make it last year. So we finally made it this year, but only Lucia, the puppy and me went. .

This was not a kayaking trip. It is quite far away, I think it took us four hours although because it was unfamilair ground it seemed farther. It was well worth the trip even with the distance and the fact that we had to get bear proof. We will go again, but next time it will be with Cindy and on our kayaks |
